First of all congratulations on the weight loss, thats great! I have read that it is good to start with a base-line of about 14.25 times your body weight, in your case, 14.25 x 155= about 2208.75 calories a day, depending on your metabolism you can adjust up to 15 times for high & 14 times for low, once you have gone a couple of weeks you can adjust up or down 10% accordingly.

To gain muscle you will need to consume at least 1gm of protien per lb of body weight, in your case, at leas 155 gms a day, more experienced people here on the site may be able to tell you more accurately what you need to take in when it comes to protien & gaining mass. I have seen too many posts stating you need to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day which consist of either 1/5 or 1/6 of your daily calorie/protien/fat/carb requirement. Good luck on your training.
