Please fill out your profile. I have no idea how old you are or what your specific goals are. I will try to answer what I can....
First of all, you will not get too big just by working out - no matter what you do. Second, if you want lean muscle you have to eat right (more on that when you fill out your profile). Finally, with your current workout you may end up with a decent upper body, but no back and toothpicks for legs. Intigrate some pull-ups, rows, deadlifts, and squats into your workout.

LMAO jbennett, I'm sorry...it was that decent upper body, but no back & toothpicks for legs comment, I know you didn't mean any disrespect to jcp7 & neither do I...it was just the visual. It is good advice. Why beat around the bush.

Squats and leg presses are no.'s 1 and 2 respectively. Start out light and get used to them. Your leg mass will be very beneficial toward getting your "cuts" as you want. Leg mass is very large, and uses much calorie expenditure to do them. And the more mass you gain in your legs, the more fat you will burn due to this, thus the more chance of "cuts". Not to mention how much more proportioned you will look.
-------------- Great people never want it easier, they just want to be better!
