Hi,my name is Kevin and I am a new member. I have been lifting for a couple of years now so I am not new to the sport. I have had great success building muscle mass and losing bodyfat, so if anyone needs any help please let me know. Just to give you an idea I am 240 pounds at 15% bodyfat, my goal is 10%.
