hey hows it going? I'm 17 years old , and within 2 months football season will be over, i may wrestle or just continue to weight lift and do speed and a bunch of other stuff, i was wondering what all of you thought was the safest age and body development to begin using creatine. I dont want to mess anything up now or later, or if i should take it all, If it helps get stronger faster. Right now i take MEGA WHEY FROM GNC it contains 40 grams of protein , 5 grams of L Glutamine and 3 grams of BCAA every time i take it. What would be the best age to take it? thanks

How are your workouts now? Have you maxed out your diet? This is very important. Creatine is a naturally occuring substance in the body, and found in many foods. So, it will most likely not be detrimental. The thing to consider is do you really need it yet? It is a supplement, and if you take it too soon, will you even realize any gains from it? This is where maxing out your diet and exercise comes in first. Do these first, when you are truly stuck, then add in creatine for a new boost. Do not waste it by using it too soon.
-------------- Great people never want it easier, they just want to be better!
