Hello everyone! I am at the stage of annoyance with myself and my weight... PLEASE HELP ME! I stumbled across this page and thought what a marvoulous idea! I am 27 yrs old and have been a heavy girl my entire life and it has only become worse since I have had my two girls. I have a 5yr old and a 1 yr old... I shot from 150 to 197. It is sickening! I thought I looked terrible at 150! I really feel horrible about myself now. I get really depressed when I go clothes shopping with my husband and I just can't fit in all the stuff I would have normally bought. My biggest culprit... SODA! Please help me kick my addiction! Thanks everyone and I look forward to talking and meeting all of you!

Hi, I am new to this site, I am male 35 5ft 2" and way 128 pounds (pretty small),also I live in the UK. I am taking Progain and Cylone at present to build Muscle Mass been on it 4 days so far, increased 2lbs. I would appreciate it if somebody could give me me a few tips on my training. I have a York 2001 Multigym at home an incline/decline bench and lots of weights.
I would find it difficult getting to the gymm because of work commitments. Could anyone please help. Thanks

Hey, I'm new to the site also. Been looking it over for the last two days...much information. It's exciting to see something so helpful and so free. My routine for this week looks great. I'm excited to get started on Monday. My goal is to live healthy for myself and for m 16 month old boy. I grew up overweight which made school even tougher than it already was. I want to set a good and healthy example for my boy.

Hi, I'm new to Freetrainers.

I'm plan to start tonight on the training program designed for me. I really want to change my bad eating habits and plan to try hard at making eating right and regular exercise a way of life.

'bump' just moves a thread to the top of the list...

Hi, I am also new to weight trainers and I would just first like to say how nice this site is designed for people like me. I am currently 160 pounds but people around me tell me I seriously dont look fat. I feel that I have some stuff I can litterally get off me. I currently been working out since november to tone muscles which have been going well. Since school is just about over for me, I was thinking about improving physique by loosing weight and toning. Anyone have any hints on how to proceed further?

Hello I am 24ears old and a couple of years ago I lost 65 pounds. I have 2 boys 5 and 3. I am about to join the U.S. Naval Reserves and I am already a nurse. My current BMI is 24 and i still have some soft area in my arms and abs. I would love to get to about 19 BMI and gain muscle and lose some fat. Anyone got some encouragement?:)
