Hi Della,
I am interested in the replies you get because I am 39, 5'4", 135 lbs. and have 23% body fat. In my opinion, my fat intake is very low so I would like to know also what I can to get below 23%.

Actually a good protocol for you would be to take in more fats. See fats got a bad rap by the media, and all were lumped into this "bad", and they did not take into account types of fat, like, monosaturated, poly, etc. You need EFA's, which are essential fatty acids. These can actually aid you in metabolizing fat. A good ratio of nutrients for losing/burning fat is very reliable at 50/20/30, p/c/f, to structure your calorie amount. Get your fats from healthy sources like olive oil, fish oil, and as we are finding out extra virgin coconut oil is excellent to cook with. You may want to check out my post entitled "Best oil???" under the specific diets category. Some excellent reading there on fats. This is assumming you are working out regularly.
