Hello everyone! Hope you're all doing ok. My summer is over, i'm back at uni for my LAST YEAR!( Woohoo!)
I lost 1 stone and 5 pounds just my doing long distance running every other day before breakfast, so if i can do it, so can anyone/everyone else!
I think i should quit with the weights. I worked so hard 6 days a week but had no way of continuing at home and lost all my muscle. So i'm going to stick with being lean and fit instead and have taken up Shukokai Karate.
I highly recommend it, it is such an intense workout!

Hi Katie. Good to see that you have achieved some goals that appear rewarding and you can feel good about. Question, what branch of Ryu is Shukokai Karate, and do they have a website. Interested as I have not heard of this style before. I am Kobayashi Shorin Ryu stylist.
