Typically you want 1 gram of protien per pound of weight. Getting more doesn't hurt, but you should never get less.
Your routine sounds pretty good, as for an inner pec workout, try Dumbell Flyes (likes Dumbell press, with your dumbell heads facing your feet and head instead of each other).
-------------- - Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.

Protein intake should be 1.5 to 2.0 grams per kilogram of body weight. Divide you lb bodyweight by 2.2 to find your kg body weight. Then multiply your kg weight by 1.5 and 2.0 to find your range.

Also, make sure you're getting a sufficient amount of carbs and fats per day: 2-3g of carbs/pound of bodyweight for carbs, and .5-.75g of fats/pound of BW for fats is a good place to start. You need fuel in order to have the strength.
As far as routines, why not begin with one of the programs here at FTs. It's a great way to start out before heading off into a hardcore regimen.
Good luck!

I have just gotten my diet lined out so I am getting the necessary carb, fat & protien intake I need to in order to help achieve my goals, it makes a world of difference not only when you go to the gym but also throughout the rest of the day too.
By the way rev...did you get both emails I sent you...just wondering.
