Hmmm... I guess going to the gym and lifting for two hours, followed by a 2 and half mile run 5 days a week isn't active enough. I guess I could start running the 10 miles too and from work too :P.
I was ranked "High Risk" for my activity level. Maybe I didn't fill out the test properly. At least it said my diet was good.
