I was always thin and no more than 105 pounds and had been able to eat what i want. (I am 5 feet tall) Well all of the sudden, more like over the past 2-3 years i gained alot of weight most of it because i gained too much weight when i was pregnant with my son. I am now 168 pounds and am having such a hard time losing weight. I had a c-section and now have this large bulge in the front. It is aroud my navel area and i have no idea how to get rid of it. I have currently doing sit-ups/crunches. Any suggestions?
The key to weight loss is diet. Get your diet straightened out, get on a fitness program here at ft, stick with it and you will definately see results.
