Hi I'm new here (well my account isn't) and I was wondering if someone could help me out. I'm 17 and I weight 135 lbs, I want to start training more seriously. Not for competitions or anything like that (which would be kinda nuts for my weight) but mainly for the Bruce Lee look cuz I'm really into martial arts and need strength to back up my skill. What's good to take for an amateur with this goal in mind and where can I find it? I would really appreciate it if someone helped me out.
