Did my first workout after 2 years of nothing this morning. Found this site yesterday by chance, wich I had found it months ago!! Mostly what I would like to focus on is getting rid of by "food belly". After being very into training in my late teens and early 20s, I have pritty much done nothing for several years due to an auto accident, and carried on eating the same as when I was training. It felt so good this morning to feel the pump in my arms again!! Hope that I continue to feel motivated through this site, but I am sure I will!! Anyone with any motivational tips, please let me know... I am sure the wife will appriciate it! ;o)
