I am a new member starting my plan today. I have never really worked out and am just tired of being lazy. I'm not looking to lose much weight at all, but would just like to become more toned and healthy. I just have a big problem staying motivated and interested. Besides a motivation buddy, I would really like ideas of rewards I could give myself as I reach goals....I really don't want them to involve spending money or food.....any ideas???
Hey chemgal - have a friend take some pictures of you now and as you progress - take a really subjective view of where you want to be in a given time frame and I think you'll find that to be quite a reward in itself.
