i am 15 years old im 5'8'' i weight 132 pounds and i want get up 2 150 lbs by summer time but i dont mind gainin a litlle bit of fat but at the same time i am also tryin 2 workout my abs does ne 1 have ne suggestion on how to gain weight but it be mostly muscle??? Also i workout 3 times a week how long do you think it will take for me 2 reach my goal and how long do u think it will take for me 2 see results in my arms such as gettin bigger or more definition?? thanx everyone 4 tha input

every monday, wednesday, and friday i workout my bicepts,tricepts,chest,forarms,shoulders and deltoids. For breakfast kellogs frosted mini wheats with a glass of milk, lunch i eat 2 eggs with 2 slices of white bread with a glass of oange juice, and for sinner ill have like a hambuger or like pasta or sumthing i hope that helps because i really need help from someone on how 2 bulk up w/out bein fat (espically around my stomach) thanx 4 repying man i apprecieate it ill check back in a lil bit thanx again

I don't know why you keep getting deleted, hope its nothing personal.
You can try something like this -
breakfast, Oatmeal, 1 egg and 4 egg whites
snack tuna and a slice of wholewheat braed
Lunch can of tuna or lean chicken breast, or 5 hard boiled egg whites and two slices whole grain bread and an apple
snack - cottage cheese and some vegetables
Dinner - pasta or rice, lean chicken, beef or fish or turkey breast, vegetables
snack - cottage cheese
Why don't you work your legs? Don't be one of those funny-looking guys with big chests and arms and little chicken legs!!
You are young and have some growth spurts still in the future, don't get too crazy about gaining all your weight now.
