OK,

I logged on and got my workeout but am not sure what it means.

My first excersise is the incline bench and it states four different weights and target reps. 1st 12 at 30lb(i'm kinda skinny)2nd 6 at 130, 3rd 5 at 220 and so on.

Do I pick one or am I supposed to do all. I really don't thinks I am able to do 5 at 220lbs?

Second question is further down on the work out It gives me target reps but no weight. Do I pick a weight that works for me if so what is better a large weight with few reps or smaller weight with allot. My goal is to build and tone at the same time.

Thank you for any help you can offer.

Hi and welcome to freetrainers. Sounds like you have a good program, but ignore the weight levels in the incline bench.
You should try and repeat the 4 sets at different weight levels, but at a weight you can manage without injuring yiourself. Only you know what that level is, you might want to try various weights and see what you are comfortable with.
You have to slot in the weights.
Start off with light weight and increase as the reps get less. You will make good progress.
Good Luck.

And fill out your profile, that would help.
I think they were trying to give you an example of how you add a little weight each set and do less repetitions. There is no way for the program to know what weight you should start with.
Good luck.
