Sounds great but all I can suggest to get going to workout is to wake up and go early. It really helps me since there are less people there and I don't have to wait for any of the equipment. Plus as the day goes on I usually feel less and less motivated to hit the gym.

Welcome to ft Jessica. Ya when we first begin to workout our mind plays tricks and says what the H...are you doing to this body. So the best thing is to over come the mind chatter and start out to gym, go in and knuckle down to a good work out. Take along your exercise program. Most times people who are veterans will come and help you out. OR take a friend along that has similar goals. Never to late and just do go for it.
