Is there any easy way to measure body fat besides actual body fat machines or calculators? Just wondering no big deal. I just want to know if I have changed any.

mybodycomp.com has a tracker that allegedly calculates BF% by measurements. I don't think its very accurate. That said though you can establish a baseline there and re-check your measurements monthly and you will get a relative idea of your progress.

This site has a really simple one under exercise tools/fitness calculators. It was closer to my calipers results than the one at mybodycomp.

On this site. Go to ft Exercise Resources then, go to exercise fitness tools.

Ok duuh. Don't know what I was thinking Victoria. I guess I was looking for "this link". The FT site and mybodycomp.com were within 1% of each other for me. I agree that more scientific methods are in order to determine BF%. The two I mentioned give me way too low a % to be believed.

mybodycomp gave me 37% <DOH!> and the calipers gave me 28%. It said my ankle and wrist measurements were too small in comparison to my other measurements, or something like that. I think ankle and wrist size has more to do with bone structure than fat/muscle and mine have always been small, that is not going to change.
