By the way ... On the nutrition scheduler ... what if there's a food or supplement that's not listed on the list? How would you go about adding it? Or what should I do in that case?
I wanted to add cantelope to the list and also a vitamin B supplement.

When you go to the nutritional plan, toggle on to the Nutritional Tracker, You should have a section that lets you add foods. This is were you will enter cantelope. You must know the nutritional value of this food.

I just went ahead and did the membership thing. Now I'm looking at my Nutritional Tracker and I can add new foods... BUT I can't see each meal listed individually now? I accidently put the last three days on the 1, 2, and 3rd of this month instead of 22, 23, and 24. How would I go about changing that 'cause now I can't see all of the meals for those days. :(

Laneylou, just for future, when you are wanting more advise on nutrition or on your excersice plan, choice the discussion form best suited for you question. The area we are in is for welcoming new members, and you will be better served in the other discussion forms. As for your question. Well if you entered the wrong date, just re-enter on the dates that you wanted. I could not find how to change or delete enteries. Never could. Be sure to follow the notes that direct you to entering and tracking your foods. Oh! welcome to ft. All the best on your goals.

Ahhh ok so I guess that's just a problem everyone has. I did enter them into the wrong date but I can't go back and re-enter because now that I got the full membership it won't show me any meal but the current one hehhe ... I tried to go back in and pull it up so I could put it on the right day but it wont' even let me see it now.
Oh well !

Sounds as if you might be starting over now that you have full membership. Thats okay. Just go from there.

Probably ... That's too bad I can't just keep the two days I did have to start with ... BUT that's cool too. I can start it on a Monday and be at the beginning of the week. DADGUMMIT I did the exercises for last week too! Don't even get to count them. teehee!
