I am a beginner and was wanting to start a routine. I was wondering why the programs on this site have you do 1 exercise for each body part once a week. I am doing a 4 day trainning. Some programs have you doing 3 whole body workouts a week. I was just wondering what the diffrence is? Thanks for any help.
Well everything depends on your goal.
Training one body part once a week is great for muscle mass and strength and circuit training is good for endurance and all over body toning.
