hello everybody. I'm a new member. do you know, if when you filled out the form and ticked 'Imperial - pounds and inches'. If then (b/c it only allows numerical digits) if you put (i am 5'7") do you put 57 into the box, or 67(total inches..seems weird). It would make a big difference. And if I did it wrong how do I change such info after the fact? Thanks!! Bye!

Thank you Laneylou. Actually I am no getting married, but I have a date of all dates AND an awful ex returning for Christmas. I know there not great reasons, but what ever works.
Thank you again, I was one wee-little-lady (I suppose big if you connect the weight with the height I put) anyhow.

hahahah Revenge is the best reason in the world to lose weight. ;)
When I was a kid, I was always chunky and both of my sisters were VERY skinny, I mean hardly an ounce of fat on their bones. They both constantly called me fatso, and fat ***, etc. About a year ago one was 315 and the other was 250 and I was at 200. ;) hehehe Revenge is great. They were both so mad! BUT not saying that's good, I know I need to lose weight still hehehe ...
But, my sister Heather was 50 pounds more than me at Christmas last year, and flipped 'cause she was a size 24-26 and I was a size 16-18. TICKED HER OFF. She went on a crash diet and is now 155 pounds and a lifetime member of Weight Watchers. hehehe ...
Anyway, it's always worth it to get revenge by looking good. ;)
But my question is ... if you're not with the Ex anymore what's the point in dieting to prove you're as good as you were when you were dating ... lose it for yourself. ;) It'll be more important, more personal, and will stay off longer. Do it so you feel sexy for yourself not for some guy. ;)

I agree with you. i am more excited to look sexy for my date. it'll be funny though, because our date is skiing. So being packed in a big suit wouldn't make Kate Moss look skinny. However I am going to a big banquet later. Its for me too. I quit smoking, its been two months...so if I work out, eat well, I will be the best I can be and that is the point.
How is your plan working so far. I've only started the dieting part. Its amazing how much fat you eat without noticing! I start my exercise regime on monday.
Talk to you soon
