Anybody else tried the South Beach diet yet? Day 7 and down 5 pounds. Never hungry. Lots and lots of veggies and good proteins and fats. One more week and I start to bring back good complex carbs (whole grains etc)
Really well thought out plan and easy to follow. Not to mention many delicious recipes...means big variety....which is great as I have been pretty used to the same thing nearly daily (chicken/veggies/rice/tuna/eggs, etc).

I haven't tried it, but I have read a lot of the articles - I eat that way basically, anyhow.
i do think it is a good program, a little less restrictive and less saturated fats than Atkins.
