That calorie amount really doesn't sound too high, especially if you are lifting and doing cardio.
Try gradually increasing your caloric intake, though, or your body may not know what to do with all of the new extra calories. Add 100-200 calories to your daily amount and stay at that level a week or two before going up again.
You may be bloating because you are suddenly eating more fiber than previously, again, increase your fiber gradually and that should help. Lots of extra water can cause you to feel bloated, make sure you are sipping all day long, not slamming whole glasses at once.
Ease yourself into this - it is easy to become disordered about a 'healthy 'llifestyle, also. Make gradual changes and enjoy the process. better health and fitness will come.
