Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

All right....I want to get tone all over my body (Chest is the big problem) I can only workout 3 times a week. Right now Im taking Centrum, CLA, and Soy Protein. I starting to get my diet under control but Im just looking for advice on what brands I should buy and what I should be taking. GNC is no help just trying to get stuff off the shelves. I almost forgot Im 19 years old 6'4 257lb somewhat tone.

How long have you been working out? if you are a beginner, 3 times a week, total body will bring you some good results.
Don't waste your money on a lot of supplements at this point, eat a wide variety of healthy foods, train and sleep.
Good luck.

You could start with a split like this:

Day 1: Chest and Back, either supersets or all chest and then all back. Two or three movements each muscle group, 2-3 working sets per exercise. Abs.

Day 2: Legs and low back. Do large, compound movements followed by plyometric moves inbetween. example - squats followed by plyometric jump squats.
2 or three big movements and 2-3 plyometric movements. 3-4 working sets each.

Day 3: Shoulders, biceps and triceps. Pick 2 exercises per muscle group and work 3 sest each exercise.

There is alot of info in all the posts here about nutrtion and supplements, look thorugh for ideas.
Good luck!
