Ive trained 3 guys to go to college football ...from division three to division 1 as well as counsel on numerous highschool players does that count lol

A certification and a degree in a related field (physical education, exercise science, etc....). A masters degree is good but not the most important thing. It is also good to look the part. I started out as an unpaid intern putting in 70-80 hours per week. If I didn't do that then I wouldn't be where I am at now. Experience with college athletes is very important.
