I am trying to make some changes to my diet and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in scanning through some of these food items and give your input. I would appreciate it. Thanks

5:30- treadmill walk 30-25 minutes
6:30- Cereal-Total or Honey Nut Cheerios skim milk
1 scoop Optimum Nutrition whey (22 grams) 8oz skim
9:30- Bagel or Muffin, Scramblers, fat free cheddar, Lean
canadian bacon or ham, apple
12:30- 8 oz beans or pasta, 1/4 FF cheddar cheese, 5 whole
wheat crackers, fruit
After lunch-15-20 minute walk
3:00- Small can tuna or chicken (15-18 g p), 5 whole wheat
crackers, Balance bar
4:30-5:30 Workout (Ft program 4 days per week
After workout 1.5 scoops of ON whey, 8 oz skim
6:30- Dinner Varies Shoot for low-fat 30 grams protein,
Moderate comlex carbs (chicken, lean beef, pasta,
beans, veggies)
9:00- Snack cottage cheese, a few nuts,

I think this puts me pretty close to the requirements set forth by my nutritional plan. However, percentages are as follows. approx. Protein-38%, Total Fat- 11%, Sat Fat- 2%, Carbs- 52%, Sugar-19%
This is just a starting point so any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

See how your results go with that plan.
If it is too slow, cut out some of the more refined carbs and up the lean protein a bit.
