You are funny, charlie! Eggs make my glutes fire, especially with hot sauce!
But seriously.
Start your client out with body weight only squats. Place a chair behind her and have her work gradually into the range of motion, if you have to start by stacking step benches up to right below her glutes and have her tap her butt on them, that is okay. She will progress faster if she is not intimidated by squats. You can gradually lower the target so that she has to go farther down, but not too fast.
Also, have her do bridges, lying on her back, feet on the floor, she can press her heels into the floor and raise her hips by squeezing her glutes/hamstrings.
Lying hamstring curls may help also, just remember to start light.
Lying superman arm and leg extensions will help with glutes and low back strength.
Also make sure to focus on her whole body, weakness in on area is not always directly related to that area, it could come from imbalance in other places.
action specific training should be helpful. It just takes time and patience.
Good luck!
