If you raise them from babies, you can teach them to be good! :>}} 6 oz. raw is 230 calories, 13 gr. fat, 26 gr. of protein.

The only way I have ever seen them prepared is batter dipped and deep fried! Probably not a good choice.

Catfish is a little oily, but yummy! It doesn't dry out in the microwave, a little soysauce, a little ginger, nuke it for a few minutes. MMMM

You can sprinkle cajun spices on them....yummy!
Cajun catfish broke my 7yr vegetarian diet!

Yeah, baked it's great too! Just add a little lemon. :)
