I have experienced gain my weight several time during 2 years. But the amount of gain is only 5-7 pounds. The weird thing is, if i train for longer period e.g 3 month consistently, the gain only happen in the first month and the rest of time my body weight didn't change much. Because of the exam i usually take a rest about a month. After I start train again, that is the time my body weight increased. That mean I have to stop for a while to experienced gain in weight when I restart. Is that normal?
So far my weigth increases 57-62-67-71 kg within 2 years.
