I am not a new member. A few years ago I told my wife that she had no upper body strength. I used to tease her about her little chicken bones and really skinny biceps. I asked her what would happen if I was hanging from a cliff and she had to rescue me. She smiled at me and said I guess you would fall.
Well 10 weeks ago she started an 8 week FT program. She is in her second week of another 8 week set and joined up on the pro thing last night. She actually has a respectable bicep and appears smaller all over to me although she says her results aren't measurable on the scale or with the tape. I CAN SEE A DIFFERENCE. I am very proud of her and if she ever checks in, give her a big atta girl and welcome.
By the way, if I am ever hanging from a cliff and she has to pull me up, I am still a dead man but she is making progress. Welcome honey if you read this.
