I am excited to find a web site like this and am looking forward to support messages and exercie help. I am a stay at home mom and find myself a lot of times in a slump about getting and staying motivated to keep fit.....
You must first train the mind and then the body will follow. Education is the key...read every stinking article you can find about a healthy lifestyle. The more you learn the more you'll want to do it. You must change you perspective on how you treat your body and who you are now in this aspect has become a learned behavior. Unlearn it by associating yourself with people and activities that encourage and support the change you are trying to make. Involve your children, husband and freinds. By doing so your motivation will stay at a higher level.
