I am trying to lose weight, have about 50lbs to go. I am trying to eat healthfully, with veggies and fruits galore along with meats and pastas, breads ect. However, my calorie intake is very low, around 1200-1500 a day. I am eating when I am hungry, and I stop when I am full. According to my nutrition profile from ft, I should be eating 2500 calories a day. I don't see how it is possible to do that, but I am wondering if my low daily calories is stopping me from losing the weight I want, and I need some advice on how to try and add more into my daily diet, and if I should.

How much is "veggies and fruits galore"? That may be the problem. Your first thing to worry about is protein since you are exercising you need this to build muscle. And the low cals is also a problem. I would add 300-500cals a day and see how that goes.

Veggies and fruits galore is usually a salad with dinner(salad being lettuce, cabbage, carrots) a banana mid morning, and an apple in the afternoon. I also usually have another green veggie with my dinner meal, broccoli, squash, something like that. How can I add more calories without stuffing myself sick?

Here are some hints to help you out. One take the total amount you plan to eat per day in your case 1800 (as example) eat this into 5 meals you need to eat 360 per meal. Make this up of a good protein source and a carb source. Best bets are chicken breast, green veges and brown rice. This does take some planning to get down. I usualy cook all or most of my meals on sunday (takes about 2-3 hours). Put them into tupperware or somethinglike that and freeze what I do not need right away. Hope this helps
