I have a problem with extra skin covering my abs. I don't think cardio is going to get rid of it... what do you guys suggest?

Extra skin? Did you lose a lot of weight recently? If it is a skin flap, use some firming lotions and wait for it to shrink up a little before consulting someone about a tuck procedure.
If that isn't the case, tighten up your diet and add some resistance to your abdominal workouts to build up their size a little, maybe you just aren't lean enough yet.
When you get leaner, your fat gets kind of wierd and liquidy under the skin, continue eating clean and working out and you should be able to see your abs eventually.

Thanks very much. Do those firming lotions really work because I'm going to have to go try that. Yes, its extra skin from when I lost weight.. not fat =)

By the way, do you recommend any certain type of firming lotion to use?

I like the st ives one, it is inexpensive, as is Jergens. They may or may not work, I think they did, but maybe just the fact that you are massaging and moisturizing the skin makes a difference.

ASIMMER is absolutely right...but I have suggestion. Hear me out on this one because its a little strange, but it works. PREPERATION H, yes, the hemroid stuff, but use the GEL, NOT THE CREAM. I used it for two weeks before my first bodybuilding show and it pulled out excess water from the skin and firmed it as well. I lost alot of weight as well and the skin around my abs was just not pulling back until I tried the ass-gel. I wouldn't post this unless I felt it could benefit you so please consider it...no joke!!!

I've been told its also good for those bahs under the eyes. This reminds me of the ancient disease called optical-analitis. Seems that the optic nerve can get some how conected to the anal nerve and give you a crappy outlook on life.
