i play football so i gotta keep my legs pretty strong. last year i did alot of squats but then i did somethin to my back and i went to my trainer and he told me i shouldnt squat anymore. i dunno wat i did he couldnt explain it...i couldnt stretch past my knees without my lowerback killing...but anways i've been doin leg press alot...are those pretty much the same as squats...or is there another alternative?
