New Member here, and first off I wanted to say I think this site is very impressive loads of info and help.
Well to put it plain and simple I am tall skinny boy who doesn't want to be skinny anymore. I've been 6'1" and 140lbs since I was 16 yrs old now 23 still at the same size. I'm at a point in my life where some personal things are changing for the worse, so I thought I would personally change something for the better.
But I do have one problem I !!cannot!! gain weight, and have been looking here there and everywhere on how I should go about gaining weight and creating muscle mass, and I'll tell you my freaking head is spinning from all the different and contradicting info there is out there. So bascially i'm looking for a steady info source and what points of gaining weight and weight lifting I should focus on the most
