I've just finished the first 4-week home training program and won't be able to make it to the gym for the next two weeks.
Is there any way to train at home for more than one month? I've swiched to "intermediate" in my profile, but my exercise program is the same.
Should I add more reps to each exercise? Or should I focus on working the abs one day, the glutes the other, shoulders and back another day?? I've found many examples of exercises that work on certain muscle groups on this site and was going to give them a try.
Thanks guys.

I would say try each of them. See what "feels" right to you. Do that. You may want to if you haven't invest in a swiss ball. This is a very inexpensive piece of equipment that will help you with a ton of exercises at home, great for the core ab strength, can do wall squats, tons of things.

Yeah, go into your exercise weekly program ... then go down to the very bottom of it and click on the left side where it says you can change things about your work out ... Change the things you can't get ot the gym to do to things you can do at home. They call it "swap".
Example: I had an exercise that said I needed to use one of the machines that you push your legs out and pull them in... They don't have either of those machines at the fitness centers in my apartment complex. So I went in and changed it to where I can do the same exercise with resistance bands which were only 12.00 to get from Oshmans.
:) It's super easy. I just printed my weekly work out out and then went through each thing to see if I could do it at home or not.
