i dont have a chinup machine or a chinup bar at home, which is where i workout. Are there any exercises i can do that can substitue those that involve the chinup bar?

or

can i do my regular workout without the chinup part in the morning and then stop by the local park and do my chinups on the monkey bars?

yes i know it sounds funny but im trying to work with what i have or more like, dont have

We've all been there wiggum. Chin ups are one of the best (IMO anyway) exercises you can do and you don't have to have expensive equipment. There's a lot of us started doing them on playgrounds are on the clothesline pole, fire escape, or... you get the idea. A piece of galvanized pipe and a couple of plumbers hanging brackets are pretty cheap though if you have a basement or garage to use.

Wiggum,

Just an up date on the chin up bar situation. Up until yesterday I had the same problem as you. If you have a garage, shop, shed or anything with eves in it. You can lye a bar across the top supports. Make sure you tie it down so it doesn’t roll about.

Its by no means perfect but it’s a start. By the way.

Wishing you well

Warmly

There are none. Try walking to the nearest park and doing a pull on one of the bars there. You can find a bar if you really had the desire and motivation :)
