I wuz jus wonderin which exercise is better and which will fatigue ur muscles and which one will give u faster and better resutls ( i have done both of the wokouts for about 2 weeks (im only 16 years old) and im trying to gain muscle and get bigger and go up in weight but it be a great amout of muscle and not fat
1) I do 12 reps w/ 10 lbs
I do 10 reps w/ 15 lbs
I do 8 reps w/ 20 lbs
I do 6 reps w/ 25 lbs
I do 12 reps w/ 10 lbs
I do 10 reps w/ 15 lbs
I do 8 reps w/ 20 lbs
I do 6 reps w/ 25 lbs
I do that with all parts of my body
2)doin 10 reps with 20 lbs
I do this with all of my body parts
plz sum 1 let me know which 1 exercise is best thanx 4 da input every1!!!
What exercises are you doing? And are you doing 8 sets per bodypart?
There are a lot of excellent programs here under the EXERCISE PROGRAM button. Why not pick a total body workout and follow the rep and set scheme and see what happens. The weight you use should be determined by your efoort, the last few reps of a set should be tough, but not so hard that your form falters.
Following a program has many benefits - one being that it is designed by someone who understands progression and how to gradually build strength and size.
