i am working out every second day, so i workout one day, rest the next and then back to the gym. I do a full workout when i go to the gym, biceps, chest, triceps and shoulders.. is this ok?? i hear different things about routines with more benefits, such as chest and biceps one day, then shoulders the next etc etc, what do i do??? im stuck :(
