Hello Adonnell,

I have only been here a day myself, although I have spent a long time going over what the site offers. To be honest if you take the time to go through the site yourself, you will see it has some wonderfull stuff for your use.

Does it work??????? I truthfully cant see why not if you put the effort in your end :o)

All the very best

ChanceDog.

I love this site. I cruise it everyday. I've gained tons of knowledge on both strength training and nutrition by reading "related articles", reading other peoples post, and posting my own questions. I've been doing the workout provided to me and it is an awesome change from my old one. I spend more time on spicific muscel groups and isolate the hell out of them but get them all at least once a week! Fill out a profile, get a FT program, and try it. See for yourself.

I spent close to a year reading books and trying to find information on fitness, diet, exercise. Sure I made some progress but mainly I ended up going in circles. I worked hard but didn't seem to get very far. This site has helped clear up much confusion and given much needed direction. EVERYONE has insights and useful suggestions most from personal experience and that means alot to me. Of course there is still alot for me to learn and I am still learning about the way my body works. But heck, thats the truly interesting part. Does it work? absolutely!!
