incline bench, flatbench, decline flys, in that order, is a good routine for building your chest. Do heavy weights low reps 8-15, three to four sets(four on incline). The muscle growth, in turn, will help you loose fat. The more muscles you train and build the faster you will see a drop in % body fat so work all your muscle groups not just your chest. Get on an FT exercise program. Good luck!
