Hello all im new and atm i have a long way to go to reach desired weight.My major problem is my stomach and im lookin for any and all suggestion as the best way to get rid off it heh. Im excited about using this site and getting started on Monday

Welcome. Plenty of suggestions here though you may have to search through the boards. Your questions are welcomed as well as there are many folks here that are very helpful and experienced. It would help if you would complete your profile as many members base their advice on your present state and fitness goals. Don't think of it as losing weight but as losing fat. That is the only effective and lasting solution. In order to accomplish this you need to increase lean muscle (exercise), clean up your diet, put forth the effort. Become informed with regard to these aspects and utilize the tools available here at ft. Do those things, have patience, and you will reach your goals. Good Luck.
