Is the loading phase three or five days at 20 grams then maintain with 5grams?

Flexing, With just about every creatine product, there should be directions on the loading phase...usually it is 3 days at 20 grams per day then maintain at 5-10 grams per day for four weeks then cycle off for one week, then start back up again. Creatine should be cycled. Good luck!
