On paper, Mammoth would seem a better overall gainer since it has more fat and carbs, as well as a blended protein profile. Nlarge would be better as a post workout meal because of the closer carb to protein ratio (almost 2:1), and a exclusive use of whey protein. That being said, I don't know anything about the rep of Mammoth 2500; I have used Nlarge in the past, but Prolab has been under alot of fire regarding quality since Natrol took over. The moral? Unless you are trying for some really high calorie numbers and are physically unable to get that many just eating whole food, you may want to put a gainer on the back burner.
