There are so many different fad diets out there, but I doubt anyone has ever heard of this one. The Gracies are popular in the world of mixed martial arts, no holds barred fighting. Their diet is unique in itself. The Gracie diet is about fruits and how you combine the foods you eat. Apparently, some foods shouldn't be eaten with other foods. I train in Gracie Jiu Jitsu but I've never tried the Gracie diet. I just stick to eating high protein, low fat, and moderate carbs and that's what works for me. What do u guys think?
