If you miss Monday's work out can you do Monday and Tuesdays on Tuesday and still count it as doing the work out? Or does it not do any good to do that?
Also, I'm feeling sick, pretty groggy, no energy, head is all stuffed up, etc. Do you think I should work out or should I wait 'till I'm completely better to do any work outs?
Not sure if it would make me feel better or not.

Wait until you are better definately. Because you are sick right now your body needs to fend it off. Working out while you are sick will not be beneficial

It is proven that a rise in core body temp is/can be very beneficial for oncoming colds, etc. Some light to medium cardio may well be beneficial for you, but I would lay off the weights till you are better. Let your immuned system work fighting the virus.

If I miss a workout, or if I know I will miss one, and there won't be enough time or days to do each one separately and I want to double up I make sure to do less. That way my workout won't end up being twice as long and I won't overdo it. If I normally do 3-4 different exercises per body part, I cut it down to just 2 per. If I have to miss a day, i usually make it legs, since my legs are stronger and more developed than my upper body and they get worked out during cardio anyway. Boy, those are some long sentences. I hope that helps.

Thanks everyone. I was going to try to do my workout tonight but I'm just beat. This is great being sick in the middle of moving. It's kickin' my rear end! hahah
Packed about 40 boxes last night ... at least I'm getting some work out with the packing and lifting. That'll have to do for enough 'till I'm feeling better.
This achy and stuffed up thing SUX! And I want my Mommie! Teehee. :)

Woke up and my head was completly cleared up and I felt pretty good. So I went and did my cardio work out ... Was fine for a bit and now I'm back to stuffed up and achy. LOL I think it was from the walking outside for 5 minutes each way to the fitness center. It's pretty windy and I probably should have just stayed in ... LOL This is making me mad 'cause I want to do my workouts!
At least I was feeling a little better, I'm sure that means I'm on the track to getting better.
I am working my rear end off on packing though so at least I'm getting some exercise. If that's not a work out I donno what is. hehe
