New - need protein advice

Hi all - I'm new to FT today. I printed out my workout sheet and I'm ready to roll, but I'm confused a bit on protein consumption. My nutrition profile advises 1 g per pound of bodyweight, and the protein FAQ on the site says 1 g per kilogram. That's a significant difference. Which should I be aiming for if I'm weight training 3 days/week? Thanks!

!gram per pound of bodyweight is fine. Try getting it from real food first though.
