Hi,
Please help! I am faithfully working on a weight and cardio plan, but cannot stop worrying about the eating part. I feel like I am gaining too much muscle (which some may like) but I would rather lose some more weight and not gain muscle. I only want to tone what I have, so I've changed my routine to lower weights and more reps in a cardio fashion. Is this correct? How many reps should I do of one exercise? I am trying to do 30 in a row right now and at moderate speeds to keep the cardio intent.
However, my bigger problem is deciding on a meal plan! I'd like to workout in the morning, and then have 5-6 small meals throughout the day. I am a female at 5' 7", at 150 lbs. For me, eating 150 g. of protein a day has not been working well. I really want to cut my weight. What amt. of protein do you recommend? And do you have any eating/meal plan ideas? Thank you for all of your help! I really need it. :-)
