Got in a car accident in june, landed me on crutches, well i still am but now i really want to get into shape, i am finding it hard to find to do exercises like cardio work because i cant ride the bike or treadmill or anything beacause the damage was done to my legs. I used to be 118lbs and now i am aroun 140.I want to get in better shape for my boyfriend any my anniversary in january. My biggest want is to have a nice stomach. can someone please help me find an eating plan that will help me lose weight.. thanks a lot.
