Hey all
Been lifting for about 5 years, and have taken a few supplements along the way, never really got into them because I was so young though.
I want to start up a good supplement plan, but Im not sure what I should be takeing. I am already in good shape (190 lbs, app. 8% bf), but seem to have peeked....
Thanks in advance for all your guys' help

Al

Hey ACT3...Different supplements have different effects. I looked at your profile and much to my displeasure, there was no fitness goal! First, tell us what you want to do for yourself then some of us can recommend some good supplements to look into. I noticed you wrote that you have peaked. Usually a change in training routine will help you break through that not so much the supplements. Though they can be beneficial, there not the catalyst. Read BB1FIT's "MUST READ THIS"...gives good tips on what supplements are all about. But hey, at 190lbs. and 8% body fat you doing something right. Good luck and look into that post by BB1FIT in the supplements section.
