I've noticed that glutamine is a popular supplement and used by many as part of their supplement program. What is the correct or preferred dosage? And when is the optimal time to take it? Is it taken straight or mixed? Thanks
I reccomend taking L-Glutamine within a few hours after a workout; 1g to 5g depending on activity level does the job. I can assure you that if you haven't been taking it, you will notice your "soreness" level go down, and on off days (think "heal" days) you'll be more able to go on with your daily life instead of having to have a friend lift your cereal spoon for you. :))
